Refund policy
30-day returns
You may return your rug pad within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is not soiled and has not been trimmed or cut. Soiled includes pet urine, pet accidents or other stains.
Free return shipping
We pay for return shipping. To start a return, email us at orders@petbarrierrugpad.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at orders@petbarrierrugpad.com or (307) 456-4079. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
Exchanges
To exchange a size or thickness, return the original item using the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
Non-returnable items
- Soiled rug pads, including pads with pet urine or pet accidents.
- Rug pads that have been trimmed or cut to size.
